Child Safety Standards

1. Age policy

MoveTogether.now is intended for users who are at least 16 years old. We collect date of birth at account creation and reject accounts that do not meet the 16-year minimum age requirement. This age floor is enforced both in the app and server-side.

If you believe a person under the age of 16 has created an account, please report it immediately using the contact information in Section 5 or via the in-app feedback channel.

2. Prohibited content and conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on MoveTogether.now and will result in immediate account removal and, where required by law, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Any content that sexually exploits or abuses a minor (CSAM).
• Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to exploit a child.
• Sharing, distributing, or linking to child sexual abuse material.
• Any conduct that endangers the safety or wellbeing of a child.

These prohibitions apply to all content on the platform, including profile photos, event photos, comments, messages, and event descriptions.

3. How to report a child safety concern

If you encounter content or conduct that you believe violates our child safety standards, please report it immediately through one of the following channels:

• In-app report: Tap the flag icon on the relevant user profile or event, and select “Child safety / CSAE” as the reason. The in-app feedback channel (Settings → Send Feedback) also accepts child safety concerns — select the “Child safety concern” category.
• Email: team@movetogether.now — write “Child safety concern” in the subject line.

Reports are treated with the highest priority. We will review child safety reports as quickly as possible and take immediate action where necessary.

4. How we respond

Upon receiving a credible report of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or related conduct, MoveTogether.now will:

1. Remove the content and suspend the account on actual knowledge of a violation.
2. Preserve relevant records as required by law.
3. Report to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) via the CyberTipline where applicable, and co-operate with law enforcement requests.

We do not knowingly allow CSAM or the grooming of minors on our platform.
