Need help with your account, an event, a report, notifications, or a technical issue? Contact the MoveTogether.now team and we will help you get back to playing.
Contact Support
Email us at support@movetogether.now. Please include the email address on your account, the device you use, and a short description of what happened.
For urgent safety concerns, report the issue in the app when possible and email us with “Safety concern” in the subject line.
1. Account and sign-in help
If you cannot sign in, first try resetting your password from the app. If the reset email does not arrive, check your spam folder and then contact us.
If you think someone else accessed your account, email support@movetogether.now as soon as possible so we can help secure it.
2. Events, locations, and players
For issues with joining events, creating events, score confirmations, location pins, or incorrect sport locations, send us the event name, sport, date, and a screenshot if you have one.
MoveTogether.now helps people arrange games, but we do not operate venues or supervise offline meetups. Always use public places where possible and follow the rules of the venue.
3. Reports and safety
You can report users, events, and comments inside the app. Reports help us investigate harassment, spam, unsafe behavior, fake accounts, and abusive content.
For child safety concerns, email team@movetogether.now with “Child safety concern” in the subject line, and see our Child Safety Standards. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services first.
4. Notifications
You can choose which event reminders, comment updates, and result messages you receive in the app notification settings. Account-related and reply emails may still be sent when needed to operate the service.
5. Privacy and account deletion
You can delete your account in the app from Settings → Delete Account. For privacy questions or GDPR rights requests, contact team@movetogether.now.

6. Response times
We aim to review safety and abuse reports as quickly as practical. For general support questions, we usually reply within a few business days. During busy periods, replies may take longer.
